it took about 3 weeks to heel. i did it playing baseball. i didnt tell anybody beacause i thought it would go away and i didnt want to miss games. i now realize it was a bad idea. now sometimes when i do a normal amount of exercise it acts up. should i still be worried about it? it mostly starts to ... read more
